6/7/07 MK News New Supercross Race Rule
Riders that receive a DNF (Did not finish) in the Main Event of a Supercross race, will receive last place points for that race. These points will only be shown on the Motokazie SX Results page of the website. Supercross Trophies and series points are awarded based on a rider’s Main Event Finish. If a rider Does Not Start (does not cross the starting gate) of the Main Event, he/she will receive no points for the race. If a rider does cross the starting gate of the Main Event; but for some reason can not complete a lap, he/she must report this to the Scoring Trailer, in order to receive last place points. This rider must be prepared to verify their start with the Starter or other witnesses. It is the rider's responsibility to make sure his/her posted results are correct. All points are final 20 minutes after they are posted.
