MK News 3/3/2006 District 23 reports this news: D23 discussed sound testing for this year in the meeting last night and developed a plan. The plan is a cooperation between the district and the promoters that requires random sound tests at every race this year. All the class reps and any promoter assigned volunteer are required to be trained in sound testing so that we have consistency across all events. The promoters will be responsible for performing the sound testing and the class reps will be responsible for volunteering at each race to choose at least 10 bikes that may be over the sound limit.
