If you are under the age of 18 and will be attending a Motokazie event (as a racer or spectator) without a parent or legal guardian you MUST print the NOTARY FORM and follow the instructions in order to enter at the gate. No exceptions.

If you are under the age of 18 and a parent or legal guardian WILL BE in attendance, you must simply pull in line and fill out a MINOR RELEASE FORM, which is 2 pages and consists of the Minor Release and Waiver of Liability (page 1) and Minor's Understanding Form (page 2).as you enter the gate. It would be helpful to you and others to print these forms off our site and have it filled out as you enter, however, this form will be provided at the gate.

If you are over 18, no problem. Just sign the standard release form provided at the event.
